Project Plant Pals
Project Plant Pals is a made-believe company that is used from the Google Project Management Certification course to teach students about the process of what a project life cycle looks like. I wanted to share my documented work of the knowledge I learned and project management tools I created to make this project a success.
Initiation Stage
Project Charter
A project charter provides a bird's eye view of the project by describing a preliminary framework of the project's goals, scope and high level deliverables. It demonstrates the commitment of the organization and senior management to the project and provides formal agreement about the project details.

Objective - Enroll existing customers in the plant pals service.
Key Result - 25% of existing customers sign up for the plant pals pilot.
Stakeholder Analysis
A stakeholder analysis is a process of identifying people before the project begins; grouping them according to their levels of participation, interest, and influence in the project; and determining how best to involve and communicate each of these stakeholder groups throughout.

Did the team members involved manage their time wisely?
-
Were there issues with the quality or compromises along the way?
-
What went well?
-
What were the challenges or failures?
-
How well did the team communicate?
-
Did the team follow the outlined processes and plan?
-
Was the client satisfied with the results?
-
What would you change or improve for future projects?
